Cancellation Policy

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total fee. This deposit is deducted from the total fee. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event date. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of Unique Sound's services. If the client cancels the booking less than 30 days before the event, they may be subject to additional fees. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, severe illness, or other emergencies preventing the band from performing, both parties agree to negotiate a fair resolution, which may include rescheduling the event without penalty. It is the responsibility of both parties to communicate effectively regarding cancellations and to adhere to the terms outlined in this policy. All agreements, changes, and cancellations must be documented in writing (email or formal letter) to be considered valid. This policy is subject to local laws and regulations. Any disputes arising from cancellations will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws. If Unique Sound Band cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments made by the client will be issued.
