Schedule a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss your event details, guest experience, music preferences, venue, schedule, and entertainment goals. We’ll recommend the best option and follow up with a custom quote.
Cancellation Policy
Discovery calls are complimentary 30-minute consultations for potential clients interested in live music for weddings, parties, corporate events, galas, and other special occasions. Please book a time when you are available to talk without interruption. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. A discovery call does not reserve your event date, confirm band availability, create a contract, or guarantee pricing. Event dates are only officially reserved after the client receives and accepts a custom quote, signs the performance agreement, and pays the required deposit. During the call, we will discuss your event vision, music preferences, venue, timeline, and entertainment needs. After the call, we may send a custom quote and next steps if the band is available and the event is a good fit.
